\u201cClass began August 18, 2021. Welcome to my class. Approximately forty students gathered in their masks upon order of the governor and my university.

During the lecture, many students unmasked and breathed the air, but many others were paralyzed with fear. Others, like good little gestapo, fled the class as quickly as they could to report me to my superiors.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

DC:<\/strong> As you can see, I am not wearing a mask. Why not? I will not wear a mask.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Student:<\/strong>  because you are 6 feet away from us?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

DC:<\/strong> No, because I haven\u2019t lost my mind. I will not wear a mask. Many of you have heard about a policy mandating an experimental drug called a vaccine.  I will not take an experimental drug; it will not happen. If I don\u2019t take it I will be subject to invasive testing. I will not be a lab rat because I haven\u2019t lost my mind. Right now if you are feeling uneasy, don\u2019t, there is only one person in this room who could possibly get in trouble and it is none of you. Whether you want to wear a mask in my class is between you and God. That is your conscience. And if you want to report to my department head or the business college dean if you don\u2019t feel safe, feel free to do so.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I will make available this class to you online \u2026but you signed up for a face to face class and I am going to teach a face to face class. I have won some awards for teaching excellence. I am supposed to be the best of the best\u2026I did not collect that award yesterday and get the honor because I will not wear a mask. I will not get the jab.  I will not be subject to invasive testing. Everyone who takes my class will learn one thing: you will learn how to think.<\/strong> And, apparently thinking is in short supply these days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you think and you are on facebook and voice an unpopular opinion, what happens? You are taken down. If you voice an unpopular opinion on Twitter what happens?\u00a0 You are taken down.\u00a0 The same is true on youtube. These numbers don\u2019t make a whole lot of sense. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the UK based on the 3 experimental drug vaccines\u2014Pfizer, Moderna, Johnson & Johnson\u2014you have 1,536 deaths. This is from the open VAERS database public record. In the European Union you have 20,595 deaths. In the United States you have 12,791 deaths. This is not skewed; this is what has been reported. \u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

You can imagine what the real numbers are.\u00a0<\/strong> Injuries from these experimental drug vaccines is 1,940,012.\u00a0 (Student abruptly gets up to leave).\u00a0 If anyone wants to join her, you are more than welcome\u2026this might be a short class.\u00a0 Why am I risking this?\u00a0 <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Why am I risking this after I got that award?<\/strong>\u00a0 <\/p>\n\n\n\n

1,940,012 injuries and yet you are told you have to take the jab or else. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

So a lot of you are doing this because you don\u2019t think you have another choice.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

I watched the promises that were made last year at a full town meeting. Wear the mask and we can get back to a normal society. (Late student asks whether he needs a mask.) Sit down; no you don\u2019t need one in my class.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pop quiz! If you get the vaccine can you still catch Covid? Let me hear you.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Students:<\/strong> Yes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

DC:<\/strong> if you get the vaccine can you still transmit the virus known as Covid? Yes.\u00a0 If you take the vaccine can you shed that vaccine?\u00a0 Yes. So all of the reasons being provided to take the vaccine, you have the same risk factors if you are one who hasn\u2019t taken the vaccine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The only difference is the VAERS report; this is America. Nearly 13,000 deaths, 51,000 hospitalizations, over 70,000 went to Urgent care, 5,282 had anaphylaxis shock, 4,461 had Bell\u2019s palsy\u2014facial paralysis.  This one eats me up more than anything\u20141,505 miscarriages.  And blood clots\u2014there have been 6,000 heart attacks over 24,305 severe allergic reactions. These are for the US only.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you are a medical professional what oath do you take?\u00a0 (Another student abruptly leaves).\u00a0 What is the oath called?\u00a0 It is called the Hippocratic Oath and it commands those that take the solemn promise do no harm<\/strong>. \u00a0It also means that they have to provide legally, and this is a legal course, informed consent. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Have any of you looked at the insert for the experimental Moderna vaccine?\u00a0 (Screen shot of a normal package insert filled with information and Covid vaccine package insert with scant information\u2014image from DefendingTheRepublic.org\/COVID). Has your doctor shown you this?\u00a0 Probably not because there is nothing on them. Most drugs are subject to FDA approval testing of 6 to 10 years.<\/strong>\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

None of these experimental drugs are FDA approved.\u00a0 None of these Big 3 Pharma drugs have had testing; you are the test subjects<\/em><\/strong>. You are being deprived of informed consent that would tell you all these things (VAERS numbers) based on Facebook \u2018false information checked by independent fact checkers.\u2019\u00a0 This is not how informed consent looks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

So, yes, will I risk my job to ensure that one of my students doesn\u2019t get a heart attack?\u00a0 Blood clot?\u00a0 Yes, I will.\u00a0 Oh I am sure that some of you don\u2019t want to hear this. Do any of you want to start a family with your spouse?\u00a0 Do I want to set them up for a miscarriage?\u00a0 No, I don\u2019t.\u00a0 No job is worth it.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Now, here is some history: <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The swine flu vaccine in 1976 was FDA approved. Do you know how many deaths that flu vaccine caused before they pulled it and halted the program?\u00a0 32 deaths<\/strong>.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

KnowThe Facts before you vax:<\/strong> 32 deaths from the swine flu vaccine in 1976 halted the program.\u00a0 Today there are more than 10,991 people who have died from the COVID vaccines in the US alone so far.\u00a0 <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Typically over 50 deaths will halt a vaccine in the US.<\/strong>\u00a0 <\/p>\n\n\n\n

SO, no, I am not wearing a mask because I have not lost my mind.\u00a0 I do not wear a mask.\u00a0 If you don\u2019t want to wear a mask, don\u2019t.\u00a0 If you want to go \u2018toe to toe\u2019 on this, go for it. The states that don\u2019t have the lock down and mask mandates are faring better.\u00a0 Their Covid statistics are better.<\/strong> That is an indisputable fact.\u00a0 Yesterday, though, the governor on her own declared unconstitutionally that you will have to come here and cover your face and here comes the fear porn.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It\u2019s the same fear porn we saw all last year. Promises made\u2014promises broken.\u00a0<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n

So I have sat by and I have read every study. I have talked to the best medical experts. Do you know what happened to the person that talked about mRNA\u2014the guy that is actually the scientific expert?\u00a0 He shut down. (Student abruptly leaves). And the PCR test that we all had is rife with false positives. (Another student abruptly leaves).\u00a0 The inventor of the PCR test has been suppressed and you don\u2019t get to hear from him because he knows the way the test is being used is false.\u00a0 (Student abruptly leaves).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

So a lot of folks here confuse an order, regulation or incentive as the lawful rule.<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n

How many of you know your history in New Mexico? Did you know that we had internment camps here for US citizens?\u00a0 They were Japanese and this was after the bombing of Pearl Harbor. Do you think it is alright to put US citizens in a camp? Do you know that we have laws on the books that would force prisoners and women to be sterilized if it didn\u2019t seem like they were doing alright upstairs with mental disabilities?\u00a0 That happened in the 1920s and 1930s. It was legal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Did any of you watch Indiana Jones?  The Nazis were the bad guys, right?  Are you still cool with that?  Can we still say the Nazis were the bad guys? The Nazis had a legislature just like you do and it was called the Reichstag that set up laws that classified the purity of German blood. If you intermarried with Jewish people there was a concentration camp waiting.  Guess what?  That was legal; do you want to tell me that was moral?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The way that they would showcase the Jewish population because there was propaganda that told us that all the Jews were sick. So what did they put on the Jewish people?\u00a0 The yellow star.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

You are now in this new, futuristic hellhole where you are talking about vaccine passports.<\/strong> This is the same thing.\u00a0 Do you want to get on a plane? \u00a0Get the jab\u2026even though we have all this literature.\u00a0 You want to go to a restaurant?\u00a0 Get the jab. (Another student abruptly leaves).\u00a0 It\u2019s okay.\u00a0 Lots of people are scared.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This all ends folks, when we say no.<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n

How do you want to be remembered by history?\u00a0 Do you want to be men and women of preference like sand and wind? Waiting for your scraps?\u00a0 Or do you want to breathe the fresh air of liberty? Do you want a university experience you thought of when you were a child?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Do you want to be able to engage in free discourse?\u00a0 The problem is you cannot have this debate anywhere\u2026.certainly not in the university. And that is damnable that we cannot have this conversation. So, let\u2019s talk about the law.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Professor Clements received his Juris Doctorate from the University of New Mexico School of Law in 2010. He currently teaches Legal Environment of Business and Consumer (and Employment) Law. His teaching style draws heavily from his experience as a seasoned trial attorney, where he tried over 120 cases to a jury and dozens more to a judge. His experience ranges from municipal defense in civil litigation, to prosecution of 1st-degree murder and other high-profile felony cases.
