Include this water in the plasma energy waters you drink daily. Remember you should drink ½ the number of your body weight in ounces of water daily. If you drink caffeine, you need to add an additional 12 oz. of water to that total. Example: a 150lb. individual should drink 75 ounces of plasma energy water daily. Any liquids that you drink such as tea, coffee, lemonade, soda pop do not count as your water intake.
Place the vial or pair of pads on a large container like a quart jar to which you add distilled or filtered water. Once you let the energy fields of the water in the container change overnight, as you use it you only have to add more distilled or filtered water when the jar is 1/2 full.
For additional relief make patches using the water to place in areas of your body where you would like to help the body change the condition by using the energy fields. You can put some of the water from your jar into a sprayer and spray hats or scarves that you wear. Make a breathing device with the water from the vial and also make a spray bottle from the water to spray any areas of the body for which you want the energy fields to create the condition of bringing about change.
