How do you use Anti-Bacterial Support?
Set up your ‘mother source’ jar (clear glass or clear plastic) with your vial inside or taped to the outside. Use filtered or distilled water. Once it sits overnight for the first time, you can just add more distilled or filtered water as you need to and it will be changed within an hour as long as you still have the container filled halfway. Lynn does not suggest using spring water from the grocery store as her spring water comes out of the side of the mountain…quite a difference! Drink the water and spray on wounds liberally and often.
You can make a pad of paper towel, gauze, cotton or even cloth to go over the wound during the day. Tape it with water proof tape and then spray throughout the day. You can add it to your favorite salve or cream, apply to the wound and cover with plastic for a night time bandage. Write your intention for how you want Anti-Bacterial Support to work for you and tape that to the side of your mother source jar and your spray bottle.
