Dr. Thomas Cowan: 80% of our tissues, so-called cells supposedly contain liquid water. But there is no water squirting out of anybody…I’ve never seen a puddle of water under a stretcher of someone in the ER. Jello is 90% water. There is a 4th phase of water called gel structure, and it’s not ice, water, steam. The 4th phase of water is gel-phase, structured water, crystalline water;
Gerald Pollack calls it ‘easy water.’ …
The Secret Role of Water in Health with Gerald Pollack
Dr. Cowan: The water is charged and all the water in us is structured water. If it isn’t it is a puddle and then you have edema. So what is arthritis in your knee? You have fluid build-up. That is liquid water. What happened? Your normal gel that creates energy, a charge, lubricates to keep movement easy had something happen and you lost the ability to have that gel so it becomes a puddle. That is not right. You call it ‘water on your knee.’ That is liquid water in the joint.
How does the water structure in you?
You have pure water and electrolytes like sodium, potassium, calcium, etc. and you have sunlight and earth. That creates structured water. It isn’t like drinking structured water has that water go to your knee and create structured water.
If you drink charged water it makes it easier than taking dead water with no charge and resurrecting that and creating a charge. (Lynn’s note: plasma energy water is charged water). Lourdes and all the places like that have highly charged water. It makes it easier for you to keep the charge and the structure of your water and this is everything.
That is how the blood flows, that is how your joints work, that is what makes the lining of your lungs. If you get a fever, you liquefy it so you can get rid of it easier. It is an amazing system. We missed the whole thing because we don’t do science.
Jesse Cahppus: so better than reverse osmosis is charged water?
Dr. Cowan: I would not drink R/O or distilled water. There is no charge in it. You have to use your precious energy, not to do fun things like gardening, running and creative thoughts, but to just keep the water (in your body) in a somewhat crystalline state. That is your only thing that you can do. So you are tired all the time. You don’t have enough energy to run your heart and it builds up lactic acid and then you have a heart attack.
Jesse: Let’s do a water hierarchy and talk about from nature and interventions, the best we can start with are drinking water, and then down from there.
Dr. Cowan: the best water is a pure spring that the water emerges from the earth on its own power. As it comes up it is called primary water. New water is being made all the time contrary to what we are being told.
(Lynn’s note: https://primarywaterinstitute.org )
Water is a renewable resource as are oil and gas. We are told these are finite fuels made from fossils and oil and gas are not finite; they are renewable. That’s a whole other subject.
When water comes up on its own, it is right for drinking and using and it comes up in a spiral formation and sometimes it flows in streams in spiral formations. It dissolves the rocks, has all these minerals in it and it’s highly charged. That is the water you find in places like Lourdes that comes up on its own power. It’s highly charged.
Then you have lower grades that don’t come up on their own like a well or the town collects water and puts all these chemicals in it. All that is lesser grade water. None of it is the best. That kind of water you have to at least charge and that may be enough. Sometimes you have to get rid of the poisons in it with filters, R/O, distilling and then you put the minerals back in it and vortex it over magnets or stearate or something like that. You have to get the charge back; that is the most important thing. Almost everywhere there are springs that the old people know about.
I have town water in my house. Then I add water from a spring and I stir it with charged water or I vortex it through an MEA water device. It creates a vortex and an electro-magnetic field and charges the water.
We put the water coming into the house we put it through an extensive carbon filter to get rid of everything. Then it goes through a spiral copper pipe and energizes the water. Then the water comes out in the bathtub or sink and I add some Purple Bamboo Salt (Lynn notes: that is the salt Paul made B9 Korean salt GaNS with that produces large energetic fields). That mineralizes the water and then I use the wand or the MEA vortex.
I only stir or vortex the spring water. We have shower heads that are 6 different vortexing tubes that create a suction just like your heart using ruby, emerald, quartz and other crystals. That creates a rainfall effect for our showers and our garden water.
Aquadea is the name of the shower head. We sell it on the website. https://drtomcowan.com/

Lynn Shares Her Brother John’s Substack Article on Alternative Healing and Some Family History…
John’s Substack Article:
Most of the events of my life have occurred from being in the Indian trading business after 3 generations and over 100 years as a family occupation. I witnessed many things among the American Indian people that made as much sense to me as being a Christian, including the Creation and their cultural beliefs. A crucial part of the Navajo culture is the medicine man. It is so important that the largest US Public Health Service Hospital, located in Gallup, NM, where I was raised, has a facility to accommodate traditional medicine practitioners, complementing Western medicine.
Stories from my grandmother and dad about the healing powers of mountain lion bile and bear grease made me aware of alternative treatments. One year, Dad trapped a mountain lion. For the next ten years, medicine men came by Rock Springs Trading to see if there was any bile left.
A bear is a supreme being to the Navajos. They will not kill a bear, but the bear grease is a powerful medicine to them. When Granddad was at Chinle Trading, several men from Canyon de Chelly came to him about a bear problem in the canyon. Bears were ravaging their fruit trees and crops and tearing up their sheep corrals. They were culturally ill-equipped to deal with the problem. He went into the canyon and eradicated nine bears in one day, and the problems were resolved. They were also grateful to have the bear grease, which is used as a healing salve. Other common remedies include the use of sage, yucca root, greasewood root, and juniper.

In my book, Coyote, I tell of Chethlahe’s treatments of bear grease by his medicine man uncle to address his torture injuries from Dachau, including paraplegia. It is a remarkable story.
Today, two Navajo trading posts – Ellis Tanner Trading in Gallup and Valley Trading in Fruitland specialize in medicine man supplies.
My exposure to the American Indians throughout North America and Alaska gave me an open mind to accepting alternative beliefs and practices. Growing up in Zuni Pueblo during the War, medicine was in short supply, as was beef. Like the Zuni people, we made do. Oftentimes, Zuni women had suggestions for Mom when we came to home remedies. They use various plants for pain, stomach ailments, and infections. Milkweed is commonly applied to wounds and infections, and Juniper tea is a common remedy for stomach aches.
As I understand and witnessed in my life, government healthcare was not much of a factor for the Navajos until 1955, despite treaty conditions dating back to the 30s. Traditionally, they relied upon their medicine men to administer traditional cures with remedies and ceremonies. The Zunis began receiving government healthcare in 1930, and it ramped up in 1955 with the US Health Service. Traditionally, their healthcare was administered by priests, kiva medical groups with song and prayer through ceremonies, and herbalists.
My grandfather was a doctor. During WWII, he, too, had to deal with medical shortages and always had alternative suggestions for Mom. One thing that was a staple in our home was a remedy called Calcidine. It was a small, black pill that Mom used for everything from a bruise to a cold.
Each day for what seemed like forever, we lined up and took our daily dose of castor oil, which was followed by a group gag-out. My tolerance was boosted with several squares of Saltine crackers. We seldom had any illness in our home, which was a challenge with a large family. We also had a good supply of Saltine crackers.
The only home remedy that backfired in my life was baby oil. Every day before we went outside, we put on baby oil. For a bunch of fair-skinned kids, it was like basting a turkey. I have had a lifetime of chronic skin cancer issues. I never had an alternative solution for skin cancer until I started using Plasma Water Solutions, which was developed by my brother-in-law, Paul Schmaltz. Pain is exacerbated by the disruption of energy flow in our bodies. Acupuncture opens energy flow. Paul was a veterinarian with a chemistry degree. Following his graduation from Colorado State University School of Veterinary, he and Lynn, with their daughter Stephanie (Lynn’s note: son Anthony and arrival of son Luke), returned to their hometown of Gallup, where they purchased an existing vet practice (Lynn’s note: Paul started his own practice called Redrock Animal Hospital). A claim to fame was treating racehorses with acupuncture. He was one of the first veterinarians in the US to use acupuncture in his practice. His first medical impact on my life was acupuncture. Years later, I would treat my horse and diabetic dog with acupuncture.
Following my plane crash in 1978, I was laid up with pain and issues for several months. The pain was such that I would often see “white”. I was told that I would be six months to ten years of healing with continuous pain, followed by arthritis. Paul suggested that acupuncture might help me.
I started going to his vet clinic (Lynn’s note: actually to our house, as I have a picture of him lying on a large Navajo rug I still have today) several times a week for treatment. I would lie on his office floor with needles between my eyes, all over my back, and other parts of my body. In two months, I was back at work, lying on a picnic table and working with my phone. Nine months later, I was again skiing and playing racquetball.
While I was healing on the table in my office, a fellow from Zuni whom I had never met came in weekly to visit me. He would place fetishes around me, say a Zuni prayer, and leave as silently as he came. I developed an interest in fetishes, which became a major part of our business. Fetishes are frequently adorned with feathers, beads, and arrowheads. The adornment does not refer to a type of fetish, such as hunting. Rather, it is intended to add to the esteem and power of a fetish. Making it feel good enhances its power. Zuni fetishes are owned by individuals and kiva societies. The fetishes live in special bowls with ashes for warmth and turquoise for strength.

In addition to acupuncture, the Chief of Staff at our hospital provided me with fresh carrot juice daily for several months after I left the hospital. He claimed it was better than any medicine they could provide. I still drink carrot juice.
For forty-six years, anytime I have pain issues, I turn to acupuncture. In the late 90s, I was faced with knee surgery. I elected to take acupuncture treatments before making the final decision. My doctor was supportive. He had done an internship in China and appreciated what the Chinese have been doing for thousands of years. I never had the knee surgery.
In 2002, I had to make a decision regarding skin cancer on my face and head. From my plane crash, I had scar tissue on my nose and face. Following my crash, I was tended to by three doctors, one of whom was my neighbor, Jim Scully. He put all of the stitches on my face. When he finished, he commented, “Incidentally, John, was there anyone you wanted to look like?”. My nose had so much scar tissue that ongoing skin cancer procedures were not possible. Years later, I decided to have my nose removed and replaced using plastic surgery. I didn’t realize that fifteen surgeries over two years would be required. Before and after surgery, I always had an acupuncture treatment to balance my energy flow. I never took a pain pill with any of the procedures.
Our dog became diabetic and blind. For five years, she received regular acupuncture treatments, and she continued to take long rides with me in the mountains and on the Rio Grande bosque by responding to my voice commands.
I had a horse that developed Wobbles, a terminal disease because it prevents a horse from standing without support. The structure of a horse is such that it spends most of its time standing. Such was the case with Dixie. I sometimes used chiropractic treatments on her after long rides, and she responded well. Acupuncture became our only option. I remember saying to her, “Dixie, I want you to keep an open mind about this”. After her initial treatment, she walked straight down the road. We continued with acupuncture until she was cured, and we kept riding the mountains, with our dog, for several more years.
Several years earlier, Dixie had an accident in my dad’s pasture that nearly severed a leg at her shoulder. Our vet was not encouraging about her recovery because the wound was so severe that surgery was not practical. We put her up at the vet stables for ongoing observation and treatment. I called several natural herbs suppliers and asked what a horse would seek to eat in the wild under the circumstances. A company in Boulder made a natural blend, which I then included in her feed twice a day for four months. Her reward was always a fresh carrot, as I had done. Six months later, Dixie, Pepper, Cajun, and I resumed our regular mountain riding.
Paul and Lynn studied and researched the impact of elements such as gold, silver, etc. on our lives. They spent years developing GANs (Generative Adversarial Networks—Lynn’s note: that would be Gas in the Atomic Nano-Solid State) with application to Plasma Water Solutions. While it involves the basic elements of life, it is a complicated process that has become a part of my life.
Each year, I have five to ten surgical procedures for skin cancer. I use Plasma Water Solution on my stitches, and they heal within five days. All of my drinking water has plasma energy. I haven’t had a cold or mosquito bite in twenty years.

As I have grown older, medicine and supplements have become more common in my life, but I do all that I can to retain alternative options. Alternative medicine is like the trading business for me. People ask, “Why do you do it?” Because I either have a good thing going or I’m stupid, and I am afraid to find out which.
