Women’s Well-being: Sustainable Strategies for Healthy Aging

While women and men face many of the same health issues, there are certain diseases and afflictions which occur more often in women. These are due, in part, to a gender-specific biochemical constitution but can also be attributed to diet, environment, lifestyle and behavioral choices. Regardless, many women will, at some point, contend with some variety of cancer, reproductive issues, osteoporosis and/or mental health.

Whether the cause of disease is internal, external or a combination of both, there are specific strategies for preventing, managing and overcoming illness so that your life can be defined by healthy aging rather than a continuous exercise in the treatment of symptoms.

Circumvent Cancer

Female biology is seemingly an opportune set of circumstances for abnormal cells to occur and divide. According to the National Institutes of Health, one in three women are at risk of developing malignant tissues during their lifetimes. Cancers are common in the breasts, cervix, reproductive tract, ovaries, skin and lungs and often go undiagnosed until the late stages of the disease. Long-standing institutions such as the American Cancer Society and the Mayo Clinic report that avoiding tobacco, environmental toxins and radiation while ensuring that you get plenty of sleep, exercise and Vitamin D can greatly enable healthy aging. Additionally, alternative medicine has found that an array of nutrients, botanicals and whole foods can reduce risks of all types of cancer in women.

Mitigate Reproductive Issues

According to Womenshealth.gov, 10 percent of women have infertility issues and problems with ovulation. These can be caused by polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS) which is a hormonal imbalance that interferes with ovulation and primary ovarian insufficiency (POI) — a secondary cause of irregular ovulation. Additionally, women contend with blocked fallopian tubes, endometriosis and uterine fibroids among other issues. Assisted reproductive technology (ART) — otherwise known as artificial insemination — has successfully help women with fertility issues to reproduce. Meanwhile, Studies have shown that estrogen derivative supplements such as Estradiol can help with other gender-specific problems.

Avoid Osteoporosis

Another estrogen-related issue, this condition affects bone density levels marked by a disparity between new bone formation and old bone resorption. Caused by low estrogen, a sedentary lifestyle, use of corticosteroids, a calcium-deficient diet and other factors, studies have shown that osteoporosis can be prevented by incorporating more calcium and Vitamin D into your diet and introducing regular dynamic exercise into your daily routine. Alternatively, many women facing bone density loss experience relief and improvement though herbs such as red clover, hosetail, and black cohosh as well as acupuncture treatments.

Understand Mental Health

The World Health Organization reports that women are highly prone to suffering from post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) due to high rates of domestic violence and sexual assault. Approximately one in five women suffers rape or attempt thereof during her lifetime. Also, social and economic policies causing sudden disruption of employment, income and social capital are responsible for widespread mental disorders among women. These and other issues culminate to a pandemic of depressive conditions that account for nearly 42% of all neuropsychiatric disorders among women the world over. The prescription drug epidemic has proven that masking symptoms of mental disease is not a sustainable solution. Alternative health and wellness research, however, has revealed that magnesium supplements, kava, homeopathy and Ayurveda can correct mental and physical imbalances, triggering your natural healing processes so that you can recover from within.

Healthy Woman is a plasma energy solution comprised of Estradiol GANs and GANs of many of the herbs, minerals and vitamins mentioned above. Using this to treat your water everyday can optimize your internal health so that you can resist the many of the afflictions common among women today.
