To all authorities, scientists, and experts around the world, to whom this concerns: the entire world population.

I am all but an antivaxxer.  As a scientist, I do not usually appeal to any platform of this kind to make a stand on vaccine-related topics.  As a dedicated virologist and vaccine expert I only make an exception when health authorities allow vaccines to be administered in ways that threaten public health, most certainly when scientific evidence is being ignored.  The present extremely critical situation forces me to spread this emergency call.  As the unprecedented extent of human intervention in the Covid-19-pandemic is now at risk of resulting in a global catastrophe without equal, this call cannot sound loudly and strongly enough.

As stated, I am not against vaccination.  On the contrary, I can assure you that each of the current vaccines have been designed, developed and manufactured by brilliant and competent scientists. However, this type of prophylactic vaccines are completely inappropriate, and even highly dangerous, when used in mass vaccination campaigns during a viral pandemic.  Vaccinologists, scientists, and clinicians are blinded by the positive short term effects in individual patients, but don’t seem to bother …  

Once again:

As a dedicated virologist and vaccine expert I only make an exception when health authorities allow vaccines to be administered in ways that threaten public health, most certainly when scientific evidence is being ignored.  The present extremely critical situation forces me to spread this emergency call.  As the unprecedented extent of human intervention in the Covid 19 pandemic is now at risk of resulting in a global catastrophe without equal, this call cannot sound loudly and strongly enough.

Sufficient scientific evidence has been brought to the table.  Unfortunately, it remains untouched by those who have the power to act.  How long can one ignore the problem when there is present massive evidence that viral immune escape is now threatening humanity? We can hardly say we didn’t know—or were not warned.

In this agonizing letter I put all of my reputation and credibility at stake.  I expect you, guardians of mankind at least the same. It is of utmost urgency.  Do open the debate. By all means, turn the tide!

For those who may have some difficulty in understanding how mass vaccination drives viral immune escape, it will suffice to watch infectivity and morbidity rates in those countries who have now succeeded in vaccinating millions of people in just a few weeks (e.g., UK, Israel, USA).  Whereas these countries are now enjoying declining infectivity rates, they will undoubtedly start to suffer from a steep incline in Covid-19 cases in the weeks to come. The steep decline we’re seeing right now may be followed by a short-lived plateau but a subsequent steep incline of (severe) disease cases is inevitable.

Del Bigtree: this guy is anything but an antivaxxer; he is pro-vaccine as you can get, but there is something that has him terrified.  He did an interview last week and this interview is so perfect that we’ll go through the interview between Geerte Vanden Bossche and Dr. Philip McMillan. This may be the most important interview in this history of mankind.

DrMc:  We have to explain that you are someone in the vaccine development…

GVB:  My main focus has been in the design of vaccine and how can we educate the immune system in ways that are more efficient…

DrMc: … you worked with the ebola vaccine….

GVB: I was the coordinator for GAVI and we were working with several companies for the roll out of the vaccine… it was a role of coordination and what the insight is in using the vaccine in an area.

Del Bigtree:  GVB’s specialty is in the design of vaccines and he has worked for GAVI where he oversaw the ebola vaccine.  His area of specialty is understanding using the vaccines, choosing specific vaccines for mass vaccine programs.

DrMc: we have 20/20 vision where we look back at the pandemic.  I thought the only way we could manage this was through lockdown and the spread of this apparently dangerous virus.  We have to stand back and see if that is correct.  Were we on the right track?

GVB: from the beginning I always said it was a bad idea to do lockdowns that would affect the younger people and that we would prevent the younger people from having contact and being exposed.  Remember, the big difference then was that we had a viral covid strain that was circulating and was not highly infectious as those we are seeing now.  When a new virus gets into a population it immediately gets to the folks with the weakened immunity.  We knew that a large majority are elderly people, people with diseases or are otherwise immune suppressed.  It was the right thing to protect these people and isolate.

But we have to distinguish between those people who have strong innate immunities…we know young people have decent immune responses and are naturally protected. Being exposed to corona virus would boost their natural immunity.  Therefore from the beginning I disapproved the young people not having contact with each other and I expressed that with Dr. Klaus and universities.  That situation is completely different if you look at elderly people and the immunity is waning and gets increasingly antigen specific as people get older. These people needed to be protected.  The youngsters can rely on good innate immunity.  There has been confusion and mistakes.  There was vast control from the beginning.

Del Bigtree:  GVB is pointing out that when there is a pandemic the first people that affected are the elderly, over the age of 65 with other co-morbidities.

Del Bigtree: GVB is telling us we should have protected that extremely vulnerable population.  We have supported this from Day 1 at The Highwire.  We have supported the young people catching this illness to enhance their immune system and be made even stronger.  I didn’t fully understand that once you are older you no longer have your innate immune system.  You are stuck with antigen immunity which is the memory of things you caught during your life and the memory is looking for those things.  It doesn’t have the ability to take on a brand-new virus with some variants we haven’t seen.  Our children, college students, and healthy people have the innate immune system in spades.  The younger members of the population should have been out dealing with the virus while the elderly were secured. 

DrMc: there are still mask mandates and we all had the hope that vaccines would come and break the cycle.  This is clearly now where your expertise comes in and you seem to different thoughts of how we should have been thinking about vaccines, then and now. 

GVB: my perspective was and still is that if you ‘go to war’ you better make sure you have the right weapon.  The weapon can be an excellent weapon.  Brilliant people have been working on these.  The weapon is excellent but the question is, “is this the right weapon for the war that is going on right now?” My answer is definitely no.  These are prophylactic vaccines which should not be exposed to people who are under high infectious pressure.  Don’t forget we are administering this vaccine in the heat of a pandemic. While we are preparing our ‘weapons’ we are fully affected by the virus; it is everywhere. So that is a very different scenario from using such vaccines in a setting where the vaccinatee is barely or not at all exposed to the virus.  I am saying this because if you have high infectious pressure, it is so easy for the virus to jump from one person to another. If your immune response is just mounting as we see with people getting the first dose, they are in the midst of this war.  While they are building an immune response they are fully attacked by the virus.  This is textbook knowledge: every time you have an immune response that is sub-optimal in the presence of a virus that infects that person you are at risk for the immune escape.  That means the virus can escape the immune response.  That is why I am saying that these vaccines in their own right are excellent, but to use them in the midst of a pandemic and do mass vaccination, then you provide in a short time, the population with high antibody titers. That would not matter if you can prevent infection.  But these vaccines do not prevent infection; they protect against disease.  We look no further then the end of our noses.  We are not realizing that during this pandemic by our intervention we gave the opportunity to escape the immune system.  That is very dangerous when you realize that these viruses only need 10 hours to replicate. We are trying to make new vaccines and it is impossible to catch up.  If you do this in the midst of a pandemic it is an enormous problem.  These vaccines are excellent but they are not made for administration to millions of people in the heat of a pandemic.

Del Bigtree: I hope you will go back and watch this section.  Let’s make this clear, one of the greatest vaccine developers and overseer of most all the important programs around the world, are telling you that this vaccine is not designed to stop infection.  Fauci says they are waiting for the data to come in.  GVB says he knows for a fact what this is; he’s been in all these laboratories.  He’s been around for the last 20 years studying mRNA and Vectra viral vaccines.  He has run most of these laboratories.  He is telling you that this vaccine is not designed to stop transmission and infection.  He says this is an excellent product, but it’s the wrong weapon for the war that we are in.  Prophylactic vaccines cannot be used once the war is upon you and we are already under assault.  We are concerned about people that get the first shot.  We see in the news reports that after the first shot they got the natural infection. That is the WORST CASE SCENARIO. GVB    IS SAYING THAT YOU ARE CREATING A WORST CASE SCENARIO WHERE YOU ARE MOUNTING A SUB-OPTIMAL RESPONSE.  Your body is trying to create the antibodies and it’s only gotten started after the first shot or when you get the second shot.  You are already under attack.  The virus is going to win.  You will be caught by surprise and we are teaching the virus how to get around the vaccine because this is not a full-mounted defense.  It is understanding how the vaccine is working and it is going to create other problems.  What about the people who say it stops the variants:  he said something that shocked me.  This virus mutates within 10 hours.  If someone is having a sub-optimal response it is going to mutate around that and become stronger and more powerful within 10 hours.  He is asking if they are going to keep making vaccines for all the variants as they appear.  If a third shot is being made, GVB is telling you the first two shots are not going to work.

Del Bigtree: look at this tweet that came out:

Del Bigree: this thing mutates by the thousands.  Are we going to take that many vaccines to handle all the variants?  This is the wrong weapon for the wrong war. 

DrMc: you mention that this is the equivalent of using a partial dose of antibiotics for a microbial or bacterial infection and then you create a super bacteria. Is this the kind of example that you are alluding to?

GVM: that is a good parallel.  The rule is simple and the same for antibiotics; either the antibiotics do not match very well.  We need to have a good match of the antibiotic to the germ; otherwise there will be resistance.  I compare this to our current situation.  Do we have a good match at this time?  NO, at this time we don’t have a good match anymore.  We have a variant that differs from the original strain.  People are already shedding the virus and that is one thing.  The other thing is the quantity.  When people take antibiotics they need to take according to the prescription and as soon as they feel well you don’t stop the antibiotics.  It is the same here.  When people have one dose of the vaccine it is a sub-optimal situation with regard to their immune protection.  On the other hand they are in the midst of the war with highly infectious variants. It is very clear. This is driving new resistance of the virus to the vaccine. My point is that is similar to the antibiotics with one big difference.  The virus needs living cells.  We are in the midst of a war with high infectious pressure and the virus is immediately looking for another living cell.  That means another host.  This is the definition of a pandemic. 

Del: we are seeing the effects of the over use of antibiotics in cattle and people so many scientists and doctors are in a panic about this. We were able to stop infection for about 100 years, but by giving the antibiotics we were teaching bacteria how to get smarter and more powerful.  Most pharmaceutical companies have stopped making antibiotics because they are saying the bacteria are mutating so fast that any product they develop before they get it to market the bacteria has already figured its way around it.  This is why you were supposed to take all your antibiotics; you don’t want your body to turn into a mutation factory like we see now with Mersa, CRS and more things that kill people.  This vaccine could this because there is a sub-optimal response.  If the vaccine is matched to the virus and you have gotten both shots it will do a good job.  Most of you won’t get to the full effect of the vaccine by the time you are under attack.  You are going to have a sub-optimal response and you are going to be responsible for turning this .4 percent death rate virus which is a nothing ‘burger’ except for those who are in high-risk categories.  Now you are going to start raising the risk for everybody and turn it into a deadly killer.

DrMc: what do we do?

GVB: the question is easy; we need to do a better job when we are confronted with situations that seem very dramatic. Our generation has not lived in times of epidemics and pandemics.  We jump on the beast with the tools we have instead of analyzing what is really going on?  I thought it was extremely interesting that a number of people were a-symptomatically infected.  They didn’t develop symptoms.  So what exactly happened with those people who shed the virus within a week or so?  They eliminated the virus.  The antibodies come later.  First you have the surge of shedding the virus.  Only afterwards do we see the moderate and short-lived rate of antibodies. The antibodies cannot be responsible for the elimination of the virus.  So what is responsible for the elimination of the virus?  We have a number of brilliant scientists who are increasingly showing the evidence that what is in fact happening is that NK cells are taking care of viruses.  When the virus gets in your cells and starts to replicate, the NK cells get activated and they will kill the cells in which the virus is replicating.  It is all over.  We have the solution in the pathogen.

Del Bigtree:  this is really amazing.  We have been discussing what he is talking about.  We are hearing that the vaccine creates more antibodies than the natural infection so this is the first vaccine that is better than natural infection. That is simply not true because of what he just described.  The innate immune system you have is doing something that the vaccine is not doing. That vaccine is making antibodies which he says is the last part. It’s the clean up crew. The real butt kicker and the first line of defense is already in your immune system.  It is called NK cells – Natural Killer cells.  What these are essentially are the sort of cells that float around.  We now believe it is about 10% of your white blood cells.  These lymphocytes are always monitoring your blood.  They are always bumping against the other cells and making sure what are healthy cells. They are like armed guards.  As soon as it bumps into a cancer cell or infected cell it knows it and this Natural Killer cell can get in there and discover through the interaction with interferons that this is an infected cell so it goes in and grabs ahold of that cell and penetrates the cell and kills it dead.  This is what has been happening for everyone out there who have not been vaccinated…all of our children, all of babies, children and young people have amazing cells and this is the innate immunity that many of the elderly no longer have. It is running in every vein in your body.  You have these Natural Killer power warriors.  After the killer cells do their work then the antibodies kick in for the clean up.  The antibodies are the weakest part of the immune response to this virus, especially to the corona virus.  They are not inspiring your NK cells, they are coming in for the after affects.  I don’t want a bunch of maids and plumbers (antibodies) I want the warriors (NK cells) fighting for me.  This vaccine DOES NOT DO THAT and now it starts getting really, really scary.

DrMc: this raises the point that we have not spent enough time understanding how the virus affects the body and understanding how the pandemic will impact the world.  Has it been a mistake to spend all our time going for solutions?

GVB: of course it’s been a mistake.  The most important mistake and I was part of them, was that we did not understand our weapon and we don’t understand that prophylactic vaccines should not be used in this type of epidemic and we don’t understand what the virus is doing.   We don’t know our enemy in this war and we don’t know how our weapon works. 

DrMc: if the governments don’t respond in some way because they have to seem to be doing something and they are in a lose/lose situation. 

GVB: Hippocrates said first do no harm.  It wouldn’t matter if you start a vaccine program and it doesn’t work. We failed to put the pieces of the puzzle together.  This long lived antibody out competes our natural antibodies. They are natural antibodies with a broad spectrum and low affinity. By doing this, even if your antibodies don’t work anymore we still think that antibodies will out compete your natural antibodies and that is a huge problem.  The natural antibodies provide you with broad protection.  This protection is a variant, non-specific.  You will be protected unless you suppress the level of immunity.  So you missed it, but you did some harm. Immunizing someone is like installing a new software on your computer.  These antibodies will be recalled…you cannot just ‘erase it.’  This is very serious.

Del: he used the term ‘long-lived antibodies.’  In our immune system we have non-specific, broad spectrum antibodies. They have low affinity and don’t care what shows up. These are brilliant antibodies you have as your immune system.  When you get a vaccine, there are long lived antibodies that are in your system forever.  Specific antibodies are created and they never go away. Every antibody created for the spike protein that we saw at the very beginning.  So is the vaccine awesome?  Here is the problem.  This is specific and can only respond to one thing. It is antibody specific to the virus it is looking for.  It doesn’t matter if another virus comes in because the specific antibody cannot stop it…it is antibody specific.  Here’s something I didn’t understand about the immune system.  It goes one step further. He says the vaccine antibodies are long lived and they are going to be there forever.  He basically said that they are more robust.  The virus specific antibodies out compete your natural antibodies.  The vaccine antibodies are bigger and they are bullies.  Vaccine induced will block natural antibodies.   This vaccine is bullying away your natural immune system.  You do have them but they are never going to work again.   Do you realize how horrifying this is?  Think about the hundreds of millions of people that are lining up around the world outside of stadiums because CNN and Fauci say they ‘love this vaccine.’  GVB is telling you that everyone getting the vaccine is destroying their innate immune system.  Those immune antibodies that were nonspecific that could handle any number of viruses, by getting vaccinated you just assured yourself that there are no antibodies inside of you to fight the variants.  If we have strayed away from the original variant, the original spike protein, everyone who is vaccinated is now in horrible, horrible trouble.  They are going to be attacked by variants and their bodies will not mount a defense.  We are talking about carnage like we have never seen.

DrMc: when I was looking at the research and the challenges they faced in the initial SARS and they started to test the vaccine, when they exposed the subjects they got a very severe response.  Are you saying that we are putting ourselves in a position when we can have more severe disease even to viruses that would normally be quite benign?

GVB: you see my passion and my conviction.  I would be last to criticize if the vaccines would in some regard be unsafe.  There are a lot of reports and serious talks. I think what we are talking about right now, the pandemic problem of having a population that at no point during the pandemic had a strong immune response.  This is serious and more concerning when people have antibodies that no longer match very well with the strain they are exposed to.  They build a conflict and don’t neutralize the virus.  The problem is global of making this virus increasingly infectious because it has a chance to escape the immune system and the virus is so infectious that we can no longer control it.  Some people think the virus will calm down and there will be a few mutations.  We are talking about a serious problem.

Del Bigtree: we have been shouting this from the Highwire for over a year.  He is talking about pathogenic priming where the underperformance of the vaccine actually works as a catalyst to make the virus more deadly when it comes in contact with a person.  He says he is aware of this.  We have tried to warn everyone about this.  He says there is a bigger problem than this.  He is worried about a global issue which is the fact that we are helping this virus gain function and we are turning it into a killer in every single body that is getting it.  It is under-performing.  It is not designed for the job.  What this vaccine is doing is it is turning hundreds of millions of people around the world into a gigantic gain of function laboratory.  I have told you in nature viruses tend to mutate and become less deadly. If they kill their host they don’t move on in the evolution.  He is saying this is NOT a natural pandemic.  We have inserted ourselves here and teaching a mechanism to go the opposite direction.  It is getting more deadly.  The way it is being done is the natural will not compete and we are not acting naturally.  We are putting immense pressure on it with an underperforming vaccine that is going to turn into something so deadly and virulent that there is nothing we can do to stop it.

DrMc: we are coming to a point where people will have to take these vaccines in the context of work or travel.  People are in a lose/lose situation.  What does this mean?

GVB: it is very clear what it is going to mean.  Let’s consider the consequences at the population level and the individual level.  If it is for the population level it isn’t the best thing to do, and maybe it’s okay at the individual level. That is not an easy question.  As a matter of fact it is detrimental both to the population level and the individual level.  We are increasingly facing highly infectious strains. We cannot control them.  When you vaccinate someone you turn them into a possible a-symptomatic carrier that is shedding the virus.  At the individual level I just told you that if you have these antibodies and at some point…people can challenge me…we are very close to vaccine resistance right now.  You are at the same time losing the most precious part of your immune system that you could ever imagine…that is your innate immune system.  The innate, natural antibodies will be out-competed by these specific antibodies that are binding to the virus. That is a loaded suppression and you lose every protection against any viral variant or corona virus variant. Your immunity has become nil.  The antibodies don’t work anymore and your innate immunity has been completely bypassed.  This is while highly infectious strains are circulating.  Please read what I posted.  It is pure science.  Please use the right vaccine at the right place and don’t use it in the heat of the pandemic on millions and millions of people. We are going to pay a huge price for this.  I am becoming emotional because I am thinking of my children and the younger generation.  It is impossible what we are doing. We don’t understand the pandemic and we have turned it into an artificial pandemic.  Who can explain where all of a sudden these highly infectious strains are coming from?  Nobody can explain it.  I can explain it.  We have not seen this in previous natural pandemics.  Every time the immunity was low enough so that the virus did not need to escape.  At the end of the pandemic when things calmed down there was herd immunity.  We are chasing this virus, it is becoming more infectious and this is completely out of control.

Del Bigtree: what is it going to take to get people to listen?  He is telling us that we are just moments away from reaching and creating a corona virus that is vaccine resistant.  This is a global problem because that is the only thing that people got in the vaccine for protection and now it no longer works. When a man who has made vaccines during his whole (professional) life and has run vaccine programs around the world, when he tells you this vaccine is doing the worst thing of all. It is destroying your immune system and destroying your natural immune system that would not have any problem fighting variants and would be very good at it.  In this case the immune system IS ALL GONE.  It is not fighting a war with a deadly pathogen that the vaccine forced to be deadly.

He has to recognize with this information that he is about to destroy his legacy in vaccinations.  This is the wrong tool and he is saying that you must listen to him now.  He is not couching any of this so he can back away, like ‘my theory is this now…’  he is telling you this has already happened.  All the variants they are reporting on coming out of South Africa, UK and Brazil, these were where the vaccine trials were from day one and we have been mutating with this product.  We have made a grave and dangerous error.  The question we have to ask ourselves is what are we going to do about this?  How serious is this guy?  He’s put it all on the line.  This is scary stuff. Why would he risk everything based on who he is?

GVB: I see all these top scientists looking at these curves, at these waves on charts like someone else might look at currency rates or the stock market.  All they can say is it may go up, it’s stabilizing, it may go down, etc.  That is not science.  They have no clue. They are completely lost and that is extremely scary.  That is where I say that they must analyze.

DrMc: you are in effect putting your reputation on the line because you feel so passionately about this.  No government, no health system is going to want to hear what you have to say.  You are in effect, giving fuel to the fire for an anti-vaxxer.

GVB: no, I am clearly telling them that at this point it is irrelevant if you are pro-vaxxer or anti-vaxxer.  This is about science and this is about humanity.  We like to stigmatize people because when we stigmatize people you don’t need to bother about them any more.  This is about humanity; of course I am passionate. This is about your family and my family; it is about everyone.  For me, I have done my homework. This is a moral obligation.

Del Bigtree: this is a tool to save humanity.  GVB has laid this out so clearly.  We have two scientists on this video who are having the most important conversation of our lifetime.  If this man is not heard, our species may be in grave danger.  I will go on record here:  GVB is coming forward and putting this all on the line.  They are going to call him an anti-vaxxer.  We have to get this video out to everyone we know before Wikipedia comes out and calls GVB an anti-vaxxer.  Share his video…let your friends hear this from a world-renowned vaccine developer.  Share that link. 33.32 Ryan: what is the most effective test and why isn’t it being used right now for corona virus?

JM: I would use serology testing.  Do you make an antibody? And then I would back that up with functional immune testing.  That part of your immune system is being damaged.  Do you have functional T-cells? It is a functional assay.  If you have a piece of that virus in a PCR test, remember it is only 10%. In order to get the whole virus they take it into the laboratory and they use an enzyme with no editing function.  It is a Frankenstein Virus just like BP62 (?) and so Bob Silverman lied and said that was the sequence of our virus.  But we only sent samples one way.  Then they said my lab was ‘contaminated.’  No, the blood supply was never contaminated by BP62.  It was contaminated with lots of mouse and monkey viruses. In the PCR test they are calling it a ‘case test’ and they are not.

Those men with the prostate cancer discussed in Bob Silverman’s first paper, the women in the military, the blacks, the children.  If they just have those sequences in their DNA and that is immune activated expressed made into a viral particle, proteins are what are measured by antibodies.  The viral envelope sequence is not a virus and it’s not infectious and it’s not transmissible as a sequence in your DNA.  It’s only a virus particle you would isolate from your saliva and that would be a protein test. That would be a serology test for IGG or IGM and we understand that people don’t necessarily make antibodies to some of these viruses. 

So you would look for a T-cell response, an adaptive response, and you can do both of those right now as a functional test.  Do you make type 1 interferon, do you make those proteins to degrade the virus?  That is a true infection.  Did it see your immune cells, not did it see a piece of RNA in your nose? We have millions of pieces of RNA in our noses and our mouths which never become a virus unless you wear a mask and immune deplete yourself, unless you get a flu shot and activate the immune system and cause the replication of the pro-viruses that are just waiting to replicate and make new viruses.  That is immune-activation.  That is the intention of every vaccine.

A paper came out last week—80% of the people testing PCR positive – that means expression because this is an RNA virus.  You have to have expression.  So 80% of the people testing PCR positive wear masks most of the time or all of the time. Those still are not viruses or cases.  So the people who don’t test positive don’t wear masks. Why?  We don’t suppress our immune systems.  We have CD4 and type 1 Interferon in our mouths. The virile monkey kidney cells don’t have this.

All of this is just simply molecular biology.  They get away with it because people don’t know.  Dr. Kaufman, Charles Ortley and millions of people who lived with the XMRVs and Delta retrovirus—we weren’t the first to associate a virus with the MEC effects but all of the careers of all of the people who ever tried to fight this were destroyed by Tony Fauci. 

Ryan: this is so frustrating; these are people who are leading ‘trust the science’ when they are not actually pointing to the science. They want you to believe them. For instance I am going over the mask studies and being censored for that. It is obvious that it is almost the reverse of what they are claiming.  You wrote about the PCR tests and their unreliability: In 2010 XMRV related viruses were found in 86% of the people with chronic fatigue syndrome and only 8% of healthy controls as you were touching on earlier.  This clear and important relationship was attacked and suppressed as many have heard.  Would you touch on this and how a virus culture test was done to reach those findings and not a PCR test and how those findings were attacked?  Findings with PCR tests today with their obvious false positives are simply not allowed to be questioned.

JM: PCR was part of the testing. The original discoverers of this virus identified only sequences of men with aggressive prostate cancer with an RNA cell 462 cubed mutation. So the testing was only in the immune compromised, in only the susceptible. PCR testing is what Harvey Alter did but what we did because we are us and it was Frank Rusetti, the ‘father’ of human retroviruses, because we are the ones who first isolated and confirmed Lou Montinagne’s (?) work, because this is what I grew up doing from June 6, 1983, onwards was isolating retroviruses and understanding who is susceptible to getting disease.  Our papers isolated them and yes, we used PCRs.  But we used proteins –you have to make the protein.  The entire rest of the paper other than what was partially retracted because it was clear from the beginning, but Bob Silverman insisted the PCR be in the paper because he was conflicted and he had the patent along with Abbot. We weren’t the first to describe it but our work was the first to isolate it and prove him (to be) wrong.  That meant the patent was owned by Judy Mikovits and Frank Russetti and nobody else…theoretically the national cancer institute if you are Frank Russetti and my institute (where she worked) but I didn’t have a contract with the institute where I worked at the time.  I made the discoveries before everything. So when they jailed me and locked me out of my lab they had to fabricate a contract. They said that I stole intellectual property.  That is why in our book we said she stole her own brain. That is why they silenced the whole thing. 

This really is about money and so to them it was the fraud in the beginning.  So we did the isolation and we showed the Ems from people world-wide; we confirmed it in many blinded studies using all 3 techniques.  We used the PCR, confirmed it with protein and that is what we need to be doing with everyone of these PCR tests.  Show the antibodies.  We had a serology test which was a confirmational episode and it wasn’t a sequence episode.  And so our paper showed all of that. But you see, when you test the blood supply you cannot afford isolation, you cannot afford anything but a PCR test.

So what they did in testing the blood supply and that fraudulent paper that was published in that the subject of the page 90 email that I wrote to The National Institute of Heart, Lung and Blood whose director was Simone Glen should be in jail for commissioned fraud and so should Michael Bush who is at The Blood Research Institute in California.  This is our blood supply and the blood supply was confirmed contaminated by more than one blinded study. 

They turned the paper that was published on or about Sept 22, 2011 as a ‘failure to confirm the association of XMRV with CFS.’  That is fraud.  The paper should have been “we don’t have a test” because the PCR doesn’t detect every strain, because there are many, many strains.  We have a big problem—the government is liable just as they were when Ryan White and Arthur Ashe got HIV.  We realized it was transmitted through a contaminated blood supply.

But now they have a bigger problem.  When you inject the ‘pro-virus’ into a vaccine—polio vaccine–in immune compromised. the black boys did not have a developed RNA cell pathway, a developed detox pathway.  You have to wait until they are 3 years old.  The relative risk goes down from 4.4 fold to 2 fold.  The relative risk in black boys goes down to white boys.  It’s bad—it’s still 2-fold and highly significant that MMR is associated with autism and neuro-immune diseases.

All they had to do was wait until black boys were 3 years old, but they covered it up since 2001 and destroyed Andy Wakefield.  So do Black Lives Matter?  No they do not. Does Tony Fauci care?  No…they deliberately killed the black families and they know it.

Ryan: there are overlaps with what you are talking about then and what they are doing now with the PCR tests.  They are making it seem like it solid buy knowing that they should be doing more breadth in the testing.  The corruption is very apparent.  Let’s take this into vaccines.  What are your thoughts on vaccines in general and what they put into them today?  A lot of people have issues with and how would the genetically modified Covid 19 vaccines work?

JM: the first thing is they don’t actually put any in.  The manufacturing planes for most of the live viral vaccines are our cells.  We have to grow viruses in a Ryan cell.  Because of the 1986 act and because all liability was removed, they don’t clean them up….they don’t have to make them better or safer.  What was our big problem and why was 2011 a big deal?  I would encourage your audience to watch the movie 1986theact.com.   It goes into great detail into this coverup.  One of the problems with the 1986 Act was if there was a manufacturing defect, and you could make the vaccine safer, then pharmaceutical companies and the government are liable. What did I do and our work with XMRV prove by 2011?

It proved that mixing animal and human tissue and injecting the blueprint, the mRNA. DNA. Nucleic acid in proteins from other animals you are literally into the immune compromised.  You are literally making them a virus factory; what is the manufacturing defect?  The factory to manufacture a live viral vaccine are animal cells.  They are continually growing animal cells and Bobby Kennedy does the best job for your audience in the forward.  He shows all the vaccines, shingles, all of them and he shows how different investigators over 8 years have shown that these are incredibly dangerous.  If you inject the genetic material, the DNA and the RNA and protein of other animals directly into the bloodstream, that is not how we see the virus.

We see the virus by inhaling a few particles if they are even made because of all the enzymes in nasal passages.  I can’t even think how to sneeze hard enough when they put that Q-tip up my nose.  I cannot figure that out and I have tried it myself. I am infected with the XMRVs. They loaded up the lab worker and that is the OMG in Chapter 8 of the book.  All those sequences that we saw since the 1980s were real. Sequences are NOT viruses so the big coverup –Covid 19 is a coverup of 40 years of doing this to people. So no vaccines EVER again, until they clean them up.  We can make a safe one but there is no incentive and that is what happened in 2011.  When we discovered the manufacturing defect of ALL the vaccines and that these things are causing chronic diseases such as AIDS, cancer, and a nightmare of illness in our country, they would have to stop doing this because they became liable. 

So what did they do? The Bruchowitz (?) decision and we have a copy in the chapter on the corruption in vaccine court as it is called is the corruption in the national vaccine injury compensation program.  These come from the highest levels in government, including Tony Fauci and NIAID. We follow and detail the corruption in there. This is the problem.  If people don’t wake up, take off the mask, refuse the vaccine, insist on all the data, then all they are going to see is the Tony Fauci models and lies.  He could debate me—I have all the data and all he does is censor me. He claims I stole this stuff in 2011.  He paid off the criminal Wittemores and they are still getting the grant. You are paying people who are mis-appropriating federal funds.

What did the Science Journal do on Sept 1, 2011?  False positive —  they blamed us, threatening the institute with jail. Why is it not ‘false positive now?  It is the same argument as the 2011 published article. This is where our news media is part and parcel in this plague of corruption. I think everybody saw clearly with the brilliant Dr. David Martin in Tony Fauci’s involvement in Doctor Nation part 2.  I had no idea and I don’t know if I would have been so brave if I had known how evil this was from the beginning. 

Ryan: the big part for me is the gain of function and you have real world experience with that. We shouldn’t be allowing anything new to be happening.  Do you think that BSL4 labs, which you have explained is the level of the severity they are dealing with, should be allowed to increase the lethality of a virus using the gain of function?  Should that be off the table or should it be in the line with how chemical weapons are treated today?

JM: I think all should be off the table now, not just Bio Safety Labs (BSL), level 3 labs—we know these are not safe.  One of the things in the chapter of OMG we cannot protect the lab workers from the invitational meeting is that they just downgrade the virus and say “unintentional spread of a biosafety level 2 virus. No, they are NOT biosafety level 2 labs with the lab workers and the animal care takers who work with mice. This is not just vaccines; it’s all our biologics. There isn’t a university campus anywhere that doesn’t have a mouse facility. They don’t work with monkeys because they are too expensive.  All of these labs should be shut down; all this practice should be shut down.  Gain of function is when something wouldn’t happen in nature. That is why they are trying so hard to make us feel like it is ‘happening.’  NO, it is not. 

Ryan: what is the argument they are making today if it is supposed to defend against future outbreaks?  That is why we do the gain of function. It is supposed to help us get prepared.  What is the argument?

JM: the argument is that we have a really big problem.  Who are the first people to die with the mRNA vaccine?  Who are the first people to die with the flu shot?  It’s the people you have already injured.  Are you going to do autopsies and isolate the virus like we did?  No they are not. You are going ‘autoclave’ them. That’s what we do—they burn or cremate them. That is what we do in biosafety level 3 and 4 facilities.  We are going to burn them in big pits and make you think they are not transmitting.  Why aren’t they transmitting and what do we know about this SARS 2 even with the gain of function?  When they get into humans the healthy humans have interferon factors; the healthy ones have glutathione. The healthy ones have adapted T-cell responses.  99.8% of the people don’t get sick at all and the virus is gone.

8% of our genome is a virome that is unexpressed viruses because our immune system cripples them.  We are wonderfully and fearfully made—this is the common cold.  We make a very quick immune response when we see a virus.  That is why the people are healthy and are not cases. The virus, the disease is gone.  Only the compromised will die and they are going to cover up that it was only ever was XMRV, that it was ever was vaccines.  Mouse, monkey, mold—I don’t care—think about the chronic Lyme disease.  We are made to think this is ‘just ticks’ or tick-borne diseases.  NO, you inject those into the animal cells just like you inject –why do you think that we use antibiotics and antimicotics? We test these in the laboratories in these cell lines and in these cultures.

We do this only because we can’t grow this other bacteria.  This is what Andy Kaufman said very clearly: it’s infection by injection but it is coming from within. So that is why all we do is keep our immune system strong with Vit C, Vit D, Vit A, Zinc, hydroxychloroquine.  Sure we can use great drugs that we have developed over the years to protect the immune system.  But we don’t.  The type 1 interferons have been taken out of our practice of veterinary medicine for 4 decades.  The minute somebody finds out that something works and it costs 50 cents to spray that in your nasal cavity, as I do every morning…and remember I am heavily infected with XMRV and that is the big hope because we already know how to fix it.

I am not going to wear a mask.  You didn’t kill me and you’ve been trying to kill me for the last decade.  I am not going to wear a mask and I am not going to get a shot. That is what I am trying to tell that 6.6% of America.  Yes, people are going to die and they are going to be the ones they have already injured.

Ryan:  considering the ‘severity numbers of lies around covid,’ the lies, the false numbers and death records, financial incentives, it seems pretty clear this is not what they made it out to be.  You made clear statements about the issues and what they were saying about masks.  I found that so interesting because it was such a long time ago, but you have been heavily censored and they have removed your voice, not allowing you to even speak out in defense of yourself.   Do you feel vindicated now about the masks?

JM: we published the book, Case Against Masks: Ten Reasons Why Mask Use Should Be Limited on August 18, 2020. It has been heavily censored and book stores won’t allow you to buy it and put it on their shelves.  We are now the NY Times best selling authors with Plague of Corruption.  It is being censored and I can’t even buy it and I’m allowed to buy 4 copies from amazon. I won’t feel vindicated until every person in America takes off that mask and burns it because it is contaminated and it’s a biohazard.  It is making you sick.  My mask makes me sick and your mask makes you sick and nobody’s mask is doing anything but spreading Covid 19, 20 and 21.

When we take off that mask and we refuse to ever use it, because these viruses have been injected into most of us.  There is the flu shot…they know the data from the wolf study and others.  The flu shot drives the disease and the flu shot makes it 36% more likely to get a corona virus infection that succeeds.  What are you doing when you go after the influenza?  You are going after the Type 1 interferon and glutathione.  What are you doing when you get a flu shot and wear a mask?  You immune suppress even further and you are a walking mega virus.  All of a sudden you get a sore throat, headache and then they put that Qtip up your nose and break your blood-brain barrier and spread meningitis and God only knows what.  It is not sterile either.  I am not vindicated until people wake up.

Ryan: we have been screaming about the mask studies forever.  People want to know what is causing the oxygen loss and why are ventilators killing people?

JM: the oxygen loss—it is very clear that the mask depletes your oxygen loss by 21% in 16% out.  That metabolic process uses oxygen for every process in our bodies.  We know that the viruses and mitochondria that make our ATP and our energy…viruses go after mitochondria so viruses cripple your ability to make more energy.  The more infected you are with the latent viruses once they are expressed when you are compromised, then your immune system has to turn all its attention over there and go here. 

What we should be doing, that we used to do, is to use oxygen by putting it in your nose.  Think about being on the airplane if you are in oxidative stress and the cabin loses pressure, you put on oxygen.  You don’t deplete your oxygen with a mask. That is important.  What the ventilator does and you can use a pulsometer on your finger and see how much oxygen is in your blood, and below a certain level – 90%- in the 80s is a level where you are hugely immune compromised.  Putting the ventilator literally paralyses your lungs and stops the breathing, and this not the defect that people have.  They do so much damage in the process of stopping your breathing and all they really need to do was put in a canula or use hyperbaric oxygen or give intracellular glutathione. 

We have known this since the days of HIV/AIDS and how the viruses cripple our mitochondria and our ability to make energy and oxygen.  These are metabolic diseases.

Ryan: it seems every action they take makes everything worse.  Is that intentional?  Another question: have you seen any indications since the covid began that there are genetically tailored viruses out there?  Would this explain the different levels of severity?

JM: I think they are genetically tailored already to people of color.  We know that and we have known that for decades.  Even people from Sweden and Ireland where they don’t have a lot of sun. Think about your vitamin D receptors.  Vitamin D is so critical to 300 or more immune responses.  A person near the equator, people of color, have vitamin D receptors, that make their receptors act like resistors. You don’t want the ‘flame’ to get too high in inflammation and immune responses.  Now people from Sweden and other parts of the world where it is dark half of the year, their Vitamin D receptors act like amplifiers and one molecule of sunlight acts like 1000.  This is how nature designed our systems.

When I go drink the water in Mexico, my gut bacteria give me diarrhea because I wasn’t raised with that communication between my microbiome and what is in my environment.  Our environment is critically important to the expression of our genes and the expression of the viruses.  As we pollute our environment with glyphosate, for example, the glyphosate robs us of the glycine with a phosphate molecule which is critical to the intracellular glutathione which is your intracellular antioxidant.  You don’t want reactive oxygen, nitrogen species to be too high.  So its all biochemistry. There is the intentional pollution of our soils and the soils don’t have minerals so our food is GMO and contaminated.

You have to go to the grocery and get GMO food to eat. Dr. Zach Bush says to know your farmer and don’t know your doctor.  How contaminated is your food and water?  How contaminated is your soil?  That becomes the health of your immune system and your endocannabinoid system. They took the most sacred plant, cannabis, out of our diet in the 1930s.  We have been getting sicker and sicker because the endocannabinoid system is the dimmer switch on the immune system and it tells you when ‘the flame is too high or too low.’  It keeps you in balance.

Ryan: there is the idea that cannabis was used to move heavy metals from our water.  There are ideas that are very relevant to us and they are just removed from our knowledge. The last question how long do you think this whole agenda has been in the works?

JM: I think the data shows since 1934…that is chapter 5 of our book Plague of Corruption.  In Plandemic they went back to when our media wasn’t so corrupt and they started bird flu or swine flu in 1976.  The vaccines injured so many and we have added anthrax, zika, and more.  Bobby Kennedy shows this so well that this has been going on since the 1930s.  Every time the government, the evil people at the top, gets away with this—this has gone on since 1976 and we see the same people. 

Fauci stood next to Obama on Zika and Ebola.  Obama gave more and more money to the Chinese and they see how far they can get away with it. They released Zika on the Brazilians and on the poor at the same time they did a weaponized mosquito in a DPT vaccination program.  We have seen this on and on with this plague of corruption for the last 4 decades. 

Ryan:  where do we go from here?

JM: what we should be doing is what President Trump was trying to do.  Close the FDA, the CDC, open up our country.  End the corrupt system that is the federal grant system and the scientific journals.  End the media which is the direct consumer advertising of pharmaceuticals.  End the media corruption.  Put a 5-year moratorium on every single vaccine.  What will we see?  Take off the masks.  Clean up the environment, clean up the soil.  Stop the GMOs.  Our food is not safe and it is very clear that GMOs cause cancer. Roundup causes cancer.  Glyphosate causes all of these diseases.  The more toxins in our world, the more susceptible you are to covid19.

End the vaccine program as it is clearly not working.  Bring back natural medicine. End health insurance because it is sick insurance and it is bankrupting our country.  Close all the NIH.  Our health and human services are killing our country, our economy; 1/3^rd of our economy is health and human services.  We could end all the damage covid 19 has done by tomorrow by closing it and starting over. Give every single American $500 a month for their own healthcare tax free.  It doesn’t matter if you spend it on clean food, cannabis, your naturopathic doctor, acupuncturist or naturopath…it’s for whatever you do for health.  Bring back health freedom and informed consent on everything.  This is politics and it has gone on for 5 to 7 decades.  This has to do with our basic human rights and the choice of what happens to our bodies and those of our families.

• Analysist of the Pfizer mRNA Covid 19 vaccine identified 2 potential risk factors of inducing prion disease in humans.
• Prion disease is a degenerative brain disorder that leads to dementia and ultimately dying.
• In the process of dying with the brain degenerative disorder here are some of the symptoms:
• Individuals will have problems with muscle co-ordination, personality changes including impaired memory, impaired judgment and thinking and impaired vision;
• Insomnia
• Depression
• Unusual sensations
• As the illness progresses peoples’ mental impairment becomes severe and they often develop involuntary muscle jerks;
• They may go blind
• They will eventually lose the ability to move and speak and will enter into a coma

• It affects younger individuals, than other types of prions do;
• It has a longer duration time upon the presentation of symptoms and he talked about the long-haulers of kids—there is a young girl who started a ‘long-haulers’ group of Covid (vaccinated), the inability to recover and all the symptoms she is having so that they can all band together and know that they are not alone in this death;
• Some symptoms of the prion disease can be similar to symptoms of other progressive neurological disorders such as Alzheimer’s and Huntington’s disease;
• The prions cause unique changes in the brain tissue which can be seen upon autopsy;
• Prions disease causes more rapid deterioration than Alzheimer’s disease or most other types of dementia;

Notetaker: Some personal notes about prion disease:

When my husband and I lived in the mountains in Colorado in the late 1990s we had an insurance agent who was also a rancher.  He and I were talking one day about the fact that Colorado was finding wasting disease in certain elk and deer populations.  This is a prion disease as is Mad Cow disease which had been in the headlines in Britain some years before that.  The subject of the whirling disease in trout came up.  The rancher reminded me that whirling disease was first ‘discovered’ in the Colorado River trout about 30 miles from where we lived.  Whirling disease was a prion disease where the trout start spinning in a circle and eventually die. 

His discussion went on.  He was talking about some very, very sickly deer that Colorado State University Research (Ft. Collins, actually where my husband attended veterinary school) brought to the county.  He said they would put these deer in circular pens around the nearby mountains and fields, leave them there for awhile and then move them.  He made the comment that had one of those deer been found by him on his land, he would have killed it, burned it, and buried anything that was left.  This was a rancher who knew the difference between healthy and sickly animals. 

My husband and I were talking about it later.  He mentioned that there is a prion disease in sheep called scrapie.  At that time there was a large ranch in eastern Colorado where they had a large elk herd that people could co-op in.  The elk ranch had a bed and breakfast where people would come and stay and enjoy the elk ranch.  The state came in and said they suspected wasting disease in the elk herd and destroyed all 2500 head of elk.  After testing, it was found there was no wasting disease.  Of course, no one could process the meat as there had initially been the claim of ‘disease.’  That ended the cooperative ownership in an elk herd by many people. 

As my husband and I discussed all this he surmised that CSU Research may have come up with the prion disease in the trout.  Then later they expanded their research to try to get the prion disease in the sheep to ‘jump’ species and get into the deer and elk herds.  That could have explained the sickly deer and moving them all around the county to infect certain areas to see if the ‘disease’ could take hold.

Conspiracy theory you say?  Is it possible the success of having the prion disease jump species finally made it to the human species?

1. If you take the jab (experimental biological) and you die what happens?

• a.  can your family sue the jab company if congress gave them immunity from lawsuits?         
• b. will life insurance pay on a policy when someone willingly took an experimental drug?
• c. who will the family look to for remedy—the company who demanded their relative who was an employee get the experimental biological?

2. When you stand in front of your Creator after you leave this life how are you going to explain

• a.  why you used your free will to have someone inject fetal cells, mercury, aluminum and other harmful ingredients into the body granted to you for this life by your Creator?
• b. why you used your free will granted by your Creator who granted you the perfect gift of your DNA in an action of undoing the perfect gift given to you by your Creator of your very own DNA by taking an experimental biological that undid this perfect gift?

3.  Who was ethical in the required jab—an experimental biological?

• a.  the companies that developed the experimental biological?
• b.  the congress who passed laws to provide immunity against lawsuits for the companies for not testing their experimental biologicals?
• c.  the local, county, state and national governments who required people get the jab?
• d.  the businesses who demanded their employees have the jab?
• e.  the people who stuck their heads in the sand and refused to research what they agreed to have injected into their bodies?

The media, television, politics, are never going to release what I am about to read to you. Italians, pay attention.  Covid 19, means ‘certificate of identification of vaccination with artificial intelligence and ‘19’ is the year in which it was created.

Covid 19 is not the name of the virus.  Pay attention.  It is rather the name of the international plan for the control and reduction of populations which has been developed over the last decades and launched in 2020.   What reactivates the virus is the immune ground in which it finds itself weakened by former vaccinations.  

What they intend to inject inside of us is going to be the most terrible vaccines of all.  It is literally a descent into hell with the aim of a massive depopulation of over 80% of the population. 

Do not take the tests; the tests are not reliable. I have always said it and will repeat myself, just like many test producers also affirm, none of the tests are able to accurately detect the Sars Cov-2 virus.  They only detect an infinity of small harmless viruses or cell debris which are naturally already part of our microbiota.

The people tested will increasingly appear positive in tests (about 90%).  This is their goal, and this is why they started the testing process with children.  On May the 11^th, no television, nor newspaper, or Italian/Berlusconi broadcast announced that in France mass testing was being imposed on all schools.

There were about 700 thousand tests every week.  However, nobody unfortunately broke this news. So once your child gets screened, the whole family and all immediate contacts, will be forced to be screened. 

Pay attention Italians, listen.  DO not listen to the charlatans, the ignorant, who reject the truth.  I remind you that we are not sick.  We are on the contrary, just healthy carriers of this virus.  Having the virus does not necessarily mean that you are sick; you are healthy and fine.

But everyone will still appear, pay attention, positive in the tests.  In fact they make you repeat the tests 2 or 3 times.  All public facility employees, especially in the health care sector, take the tests every month.  All they need to obtain is this: make everybody believe that they are sick. Being positive means being labeled as harmful. 

Pay attention, Italians, listen to me. Refusing the detection of the virus is the only key to avoid being vaccinated.  Once vaccinated, we will all be severely sick, weakened, and we will certainly be lead towards our death.

The only one solution, to save our humanity, but above all to save us Italians, is to make people truly understand that they should not be tested.  Do not get yourself tested, do not give them what they lack of, do not fall into their trap.

I’m telling you this, because at least you won’t be able to say that you haven’t been warned.  Covid-19 means “program of mass extermination.”   Don’t get yourself tested; it’s the only way to save yourself.

On television these bastards don’t and won’t ever tell the truth.  Also politicians behave completely dishonestly.  Nevertheless the Health Deputy Minister is himself a doctor.  Colleague, you must deeply be ashamed of yourself. 

Most non-vaccinated people will cease to exist for society. You will not be able to travel without a vaccine, you will not be able to go to the cinema, and in the future you won’t be able to leave your own house. This is already happening in some Chinese cities.  And Spain is one of the main test driver countries along with Argentina and all Latin countries.

Everything has already been set up and activated in all companies and Media for mass vaccination.  I will prefer death, absolutely not vaccination.  I salute you.
